(3) Region: Domestic and international locations of the aforementioned recipients (including but not limited to Japan, Taiwan, Singapore, the United States, and other regions where the Company and its contractors are located).

4. Your Rights

You may exercise the following rights regarding your personal data held by the Company:

1. Inquiry, Review, or Duplication: Please submit your request in writing (or through channels designated by the Company). The Company may charge a reasonable fee to cover necessary costs.
2. Supplement or Correction: You must provide appropriate explanations and supporting documents.
3. 5. Impact on Rights if Personal Data is Not Provided

Providing personal data is voluntary. However, if you refuse to provide the personal data necessary for registration, enrollment, or contract performance, it may result in the Company being unable to process your admission or application for our service, activate your online learning account, provide course training services, process your job application, enter into a contract with you, or respond to your inquiries.

Based on your consent to this Privacy Policy or appropriate notification in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, the Company may share and process personal data among the Group companies, subsidiaries, affiliates and related entities as well as global offices.

• For prospective staff members, independent contractors, and business partners: Contact information; dates of birth; academic/career records; professional certifications; reason for application; records of inquiries and interviews; and other information related to individuals subject to the process of hiring, contracting, or onboarding.

3. Purposes of Data Sharing

• For students and customers: To provide appropriate information and guidance, to provide advertising and marketing messages and information, to facilitate application procedures, to provide Services to students and customers, and to make improvements in relation to the Graduate School of Management, corporate training, events, seminars, and all related Services.
• For prospective staff members, independent contractors, and business partners: To screen and contact candidates in the process of hiring or contracting staff and independent contractors, and to manage human resources or perform contractual obligations after hiring or contracting.

4. Safety Measures for Cross-Border Data Transfers

The personal information collected by the Company may be hosted in Japan and is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our global safety standards. The transfer of any personal information from the EEA or UK to Japan is conducted in reliance on the current adequacy decision relating to Japan. When sharing personal information with GLOBIS Group companies outside of Japan, GLOBIS applies the same internal regulations and privacy policies to those overseas entities as it does to GLOBIS Corporation in Japan, ensuring continuous organizational, physical, and technical safety measures equivalent to those required by applicable data protection laws.

The Company may share personal information with trusted third-party service providers, including those providers who perform services on the Company’s behalf in connection with our Services. The services provided by such third parties include services in the following categories: processing payments on our behalf, sending marketing communications on our behalf, authenticating identities on our behalf, helping us to create or maintain our databases, helping us to research or analyze data relating to visitors to our Services and maintaining the security of our Services, backend support services, data analysis and visualization support services, insurance services, and commissioned mailing house services.

We require all third parties to respect the security of your personal information and to treat it in accordance with the law. We do not allow our trusted third-party service providers under contract to use your personal information for their own purposes and only permit them to process your personal information for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions.

To ensure appropriate handling and protection of personal information, the Company has policies, rules and procedures in place to handle personal information, appoints persons in charge of handling and protecting personal information, and establishes a system for swiftly reporting and communicating within the organization and to its management of information incidents, violations (and signs of violations), as well as to the governmental authorities of the applicable jurisdiction as required.
